1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Stdnous47 Labs ("we", "us") covering your use of stdnous47.cloud and the std::nous service (the "Service"). If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you can bind that organisation, and "you" means the organisation.
2. The Service
We continually improve the Service. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and the Service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance.
We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing fees that apply to you, and you can stop using the Service at any time.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
- Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly at support@stdnous47.cloud if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you connect and the questions you ask ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display Customer Content only to provide and secure the Service for you.
We do not use Customer Content to train models. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Connect content you do not have the right to share with your workspace.
- Break the law, infringe others' rights, or use the Service to harass or harm anyone.
- Probe, scan, or test the Service's vulnerability except under our disclosure policy.
- Reverse engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
- Overload the Service or get around usage limits.
6. Third-party services
The Service connects to tools such as GitHub, Slack, and Notion. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. You can revoke our access from those tools at any time.
7. AI-generated answers
Answers are generated by AI from your connected sources and may be incomplete or wrong. Each answer shows its sources so you can check it. Do not rely on answers as the sole basis for legal, financial, safety, or other critical decisions.
8. Our intellectual property
We own the Service, including its software, design, and the std::nous name. If you send feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
9. Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where possible. After termination we delete Customer Content as described in the Privacy policy.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Stdnous47 Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Korea, without limiting any mandatory rights you have where you live.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the changes.
