About us
Stdnous47 Labs builds std::nous, so the reasoning behind a team's work outlives the thread it was written in.
Why we started
Every growing software team hits the same wall. Decisions get made in review comments, chat threads, and meetings, and the reasons scatter. New people ask the same questions, senior people answer them again, and the answer is a little different each time.
We started Stdnous47 Labs in 2025 to fix that. std::nous reads the places where work actually happens and answers questions about it, with the source behind every claim, so the next person who asks gets the real reason in seconds.
We're a small, independent team in South Korea, building alongside our first teams.

Say “I don't know”
When the sources are silent, we say so. A confident wrong answer costs a team more than no answer.
Respect the boundaries
Teams trust us with their working memory. Permissions, privacy, and deletion are part of the product, not settings.
